Life In My Own Words
My health and wellness journey was a turning point in my life. I created this vlog in partnership with my alumni community media, Dartmouth Inspire, in 2018. Sharing my story with others, especially young women and men going through similar struggles, is so important to ending the stigma that holds us back from finding light and love within us.
The most important lesson I learned in healing my body and mind is - you are never alone!
